I am a fourth year PhD student in Public Health in the Joint Doctoral Program at University of California, San Diego and San Diego State University. My research interests include improving health equity related to HIV, substance use, reproductive justice, mental health, intimate partner violence among disproportionately affected groups, such as sexual, gender, and racial/ethnic minorities and people who inject drugs. 

I received my MPH in Epidemiology with a concentration in Global Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2019. Prior to that I graduated with a BS in Microbiology, a BA in French, and a certificate in European Studies from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Go Badgers!
